Read MoreThe Department of the Treasury has updated its compliance and reporting guidance and the Recovery Plan Performance Report template for the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds program that was a part of the American Rescue Plan Act.
The updates reflects the final rule on the program, which was adopted by Treasury in January and went into effect in April. The updated guidance, which can be found https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/SLFRF-Compliance-and-Reporting-Guidance.pdf, takes effect for the next Project and Expenditure Report and Recovery Plan that certain SLFRF recipients need to submit by July 31, 2022.
